CREATE A CHANGE

If you are a young person, high school age or beyond, DO NOT waste your time. You are not making a living yet but this is the time when you gather all the survival skills.

What do 16-17-18 year old youngsters do nowadays?  How about adults? What do they do when they get together? Chat, watch a movie, drink beer, eat, talk about sports, barbecue, talk about fashion...you can do these kind of get together(s) sometimes BUT these SHOULDN'T BE the
ONLY things to do when you have free time alone or otherwise.

You have a backyard, an extra room or a clean, spacious garage, instead of doing these idle things, organize an event where your friends can come and learn a skill by participating.   Find people who are interested, doesn't even have to be relatives and friends. Arrange a space and give them lectures / presentations or workshops on important topics or a product.

If it's a workshop, either you be the instructor (by learning from someone else first), or invite some instructor who KNOWS.

Create times to create changes in your society and empower others.

I say if people are close enough to get together to share food, drink, words, they surely can share a bucket, a wheelbarrow and pieces of wood, or canvas, paint and brushes...It's fun to learn a new skill.

RISE ABOVE AVERAGE

The living in this world is like being on an assembly line, meaning it is aaaall set up for you.: )

Here is the system.

Be born, go to school, do more studies, then extra studies on top of that, get a job, earn a salary (hahaha: ) funny word), make sure to STRUGGLE during all your life (oh that you make sure to do), survive one way or  other....then kick the bucket .

But how do we struggle? We struggle by being AVERAGE. When you go above average, you are not directed by this and that whether it be commercials, trends you see in society, other people's advice (including mine!). You don't give a damn... you are busy and doing your own activity. Positive kind.   If you only have 10 grams of confidence, instead of 100,  just put that 10 grams to work.
"Am I doing okay?", " Should I continue?" these emotional states are NORMALE (Italian for normal, natural).

Below average personality is the kind that already given up on life for the most part. They are not the readers of this blog, so we don't even need to bother talking about that state.
So you can either be AVERAGE or above AVERAGE.

If you are a positive person who fits himself/herself  (comfortably) in the norms, your consideration about yourself would be, "I can somewhat create, somewhat think, somewhat I am".

When you go above that, YOU KNOW for sure "I can create (any creation you choose),   I CAN think and I AM!"

So I say, don't be average. Choice is yours.

TIMES HAVE CHANGED

In the old times only the small percentage of the population was rich, privileged and noble,  the bigger percentage was the commoners , peasants.

In those days most of the population worked for the wealthy, and they couldn't get anything else but a simple living out of the deal. These times are actually over but we keep the tradition alive.
By telling our kids get a diploma and get a job (work for someone).

It is time to be confident and independent. We have way more than enough information to service the commoners (each other)....we all have needs from food to clothing to shelter to entertainment.

Find your interest, what area would like to produce in?  Get a skill, some fields require little skills , some require more. For example if you decide to have a carpet cleaning business, you will need less skill and knowledge than if you decide to go into the software designing field.

There is one big misconception worldwide. It is better to be a software designer than to be a carpet cleaner. Not true actually. They both meet people's need. Meeting the need and wants of people is the goal of businesses.
I'll make this the subject of another post.

Once you do the above, start producing. Produce in abundance, improve your product quality over time....sell your product directly until you can hire others to help you.

The point is, you don't have to work for the big guy anymore...this and creativity together equal entrepreneurship.

You may think, well I don't have the money or the skill to start my own business.  But in most cases, more than the skill and the money, you need confidence and desire to own your business.
